For FOBTY this week, we were asked about what kind of exercises we're doing or planning to do. Well, knowing me, there's not much exercising that was being done but I thought I would change things up and start to exercise more. I was thinking of doing some basic stuff, like push ups, crunches, you know, stuff that you can do in 5 to 10 minutes. I guess that's better than not doing anything at all and just sit on your butt, right?
