FOBTY 8/27

For FOBTY this week, we were asked about what kind of exercises we're doing or planning to do. Well, knowing me, there's not much exercising that was being done but I thought I would change things up and start to exercise more. I was thinking of doing some basic stuff, like push ups, crunches, you know, stuff that you can do in 5 to 10 minutes. I guess that's better than not doing anything at all and just sit on your butt, right?

New Release: Hopeless Romantic

Hi and Happy Friday everyone!

For this week, I'm honoured to be able to work with Amber from Stolen Moments Designs. As you might already know, Amber is a guest designer at SM this month (along with Mira Designs), so we thought it would be a great idea to do a colab together. So we worked together on "Hopeless Romantic" and had so much fun!

It's 20% off today only! And from August 21st-23rd, when you purchase the kit, you'll get the cluster frames for free! It's already included in your downloads, so there's no need to add it to your cart. This offer won't last long, so grab it while you can!

Here's what I scrapped with it:

FOBTY, Layout Share and a Sneak Peek!

Hey there,

For the FOBTY at SSD this week, we were told to blog about songs that we're currently listening to. As for me, it's currently songs from the Spectacular! soundtrack. I know it's cheesy but I love songs like that, especially Don't Tell Me, a song sung by the lead male character in the movie. I'm also currently listening to Kate Voegele's sophomore album, A Fine Mess and my favourite song from the album is 'Sweet Silver Lining'.

Anyway, just because I have the time, I would love to share some layouts that I had worked on for the past week. It has been a while, don't you think? *images are all linked!*

And just because I can, here's a sneak peek of what I (and another designer) have coming to my store this Friday!! I'm so excited about this and hopes that you guys will love it too... :)

See you this Friday!! Until then, be safe, people.. :)

An Amazing Opportunity at SM!

Apply now if you're interested!! :)

All Aboard the SM Train!

You've finally made it to stop #17 on the train!

So anyway, for this blog train, we thought that it would be a good idea to share our favourite picnic/barbecue/summer party memory to go along with the theme of the kit that we used, which, by the way, you can pick up for free with a purchase of $15 in the store this weekend!

I don't have much picnic/barbeque memory cos I rarely had those (pathetic, I know!) but there was this one time when we had barbecue at our house, my older brother was barbequing and people kept on taking food from the barbeque place (what is that called, by the way? LOL!), so he always ended up with nothing and finally he gave up. I really thought that was funny. :D Anyway, my BFFs and I will be having a barbecue of our own in a few days, so I hope it would be a good memory to cherish. :)

Well, enough rambling I guess. Here's your goodie: a ribbon cluster made using elements available in 'A Perfect Picnic'. Enjoy!!

We went there during the last weekend of the month and spent the whole weekend just relaxing and having fun. It was really, really nice!!

7/30 FOBTY - National Cheesecake Day!

Wow! I never knew that there's a National Cheesecake Day. Seriously, all the days that people came up with. But that gives us a reason to celebrate, right? LOL! So anyway, I totally love cheesecake. It's definitely up there at the top of the list of my favourite cake, just second to chocolate cakes. There are of course many, many types of cheesecakes out there but my favourite would be the plain one. Seriously. There's really nothing better than plain ol' cheesecake for me.

Darn it! Now I want some cheesecake!!

FOBTY 7/23

You Like Names That Are Popular and Modern

You prefer names you've heard quite a bit and know well. It's possible that you like the idea of naming someone after a friend. Your taste in names is very mainstream. You don't like odd names at all. You'd rather share a name with someone you know than be stuck with a weird name. Some female names you might like: Amber, Erica, Kristen, Lauren, Megan, Tara, and Vanessa Some male names you might like: Brett, Christian, Jason, Kyle, Logan, Scott, and Trevor

What Kind of Names Do You Like?

Oh, this is so true. Whenever I meet someone with a so-called 'unique' name, the first thing that would come to mind was 'WTH??'. LOL!! And I hated it when some really usual name is spelled in an unusual way, like how people tend to do it nowadays. As a teacher, it's very hard for me to grasp on how to spell the name.
